This is what I like to see

Or not see ... Weeds.
I haven't weeded this area since the one time I hauled out weeks from everywhere by the wheel barrel full. Other area's of the garden I have had to re-weed some.
Picked what is likely the last of the peas and picked some more beans. Plus another zucchini and another meal of sweet corn.
Peas are starting to dry up and as soon as we are done with them, I will move the fence over a few feet so the watermelon can climb on it.
Beans I will keep picking ... and throwing. They are supposed to be good for the ground. Not sure if the beans would get 'ripe' if I let them go and I could plant them next year? Instead I will keep pulling them so they keep producing.
Zucchini, guess we missed one yesterday. All the zucchini are not getting used but the majority are. Stir fry style. I couldn't see anymore today that should be ready soon.
Corn. The 1st planting doesn't look ready on the stalk but does on the table. Picked another four ears of early stuff and one ear of what should be ready on Saturday. The Saturday stuff should be ready Saturday. Nice long ears but not quite filled out yet. 2nd planting looks another week or two away. But I will likely try one tomorrow.
... As long as we don't run out of butter, I am good. Last year I was eating corn three meals a day at the peak.
Yesterday I decided to trim up all the wild berries growing around the yard. Found a couple with black berries on them. Ate them and then cut the bushes.
Nothing on my planted black berries, not even bugs. There had been Asian beetles on some of the vines a few days ago but now nothing the last couple of days.
BEES ... moved the nest last night, now I don't see the nest and bees are flying around both the old and new spots.
