Produce

We were finally home long enough to do some work in the garden. The beans and tomatoes had not been picked for a couple of weeks so there were a lot that ended up in the compost. The squash plant had died off so we picked those also. And the deer had eaten the tops off the last of the onions so we dug those.

Besides what is shown here, there was also a bag of onions and a third bag of squash. We are still picking a few raspberries but eating those as we go.

I'm sure there are more of both tomatoes and beans but we haven't used all of these so we haven't been back out there.

This was what it looked like under the biggest sunflower that got to grow. Most of the others were either chewed off knee high last week or have died. Not sure there will be any left for us to roast out of the 100 <> seeds that I planted. A few did look pretty for a while.
