You need to look close There are five plants in the straw to the left of the brick.

I opps. We went to town to get strawberries and I got a six pack and I should have gotten three six packs. There is room for 20 in this new area at the end of the old rows. I wasn't looking close and picked up 'ever bearing.' In the past I have not had much luck with those.

I should have both looked at how many I needed and at what kind I had gotten in the past.

Lots of new varieties of blueberries at the garden center. But I wasn't planning on working with that today.

Some of our blueberries are leafing out nicely and others look like the plant has mostly died. Not sure if it is because of lack of water? I have not watered anything this year.

But we did pick up the packaged seeds carrots, peas, flowers. Didn't get a chance to get them in the ground tonight. And tomorrow AM we will be on the road again for a couple of weeks.

To get them in the ground, I would have had to level and mark the area, and put the fence up.

I did get in the first three planting of corn, that does not need to be fenced. And I am still using the corn seed from five plus years ago.

Had not mowed the yard yet this year so I ended up spending a few hours of the day doing that instead of gardening.
