2024 06 30 - Weeding

The garden wasn't as bad as some years. This year I only hauled one one wheel barrel load of weeks.

No work this weekend so spent some time in the garden. But not as much as I could have, maybe 5-6 hours over the course of two days.

I had planted sunflowers mixed in with the corn. Only a few sunflower plants are full high height. Most remaining plants are leave less. Once I was done weeding here I replanted more sunflowers. I also put another board where animals may have been getting in.

My tomatoes are over growing but no pick able fruit. My peppers have very small fruit. Peas and beans are doing good. My onions that didn't get eaten off are doing good. Too bad I lost most of them, they look better than prior years.
