PICTURE - I planted these blackberries in 2013. And this is my first blackberry. I also had blackberries in another area that I planted in 2011, when they hadn't produced by 2013 I planted these and by 2015 I had started trying to kill off the others. I am still trying eight years later. The berry was very good. We had seen other berries starting but I don't know where and it didn't get ripe where we could find them.

PICTURE - This was a good day of corn. The cobbs are short and small this year. I am trying to stay ahead of the wildlife so some years we are picking way to young and then end up throwing. But it really tastes great when you can eat it within a few minutes of picking it.

PICTURE - Tomatoes, we have four plants and first one produced a dozen tomatoes and now this one has started. Also a couple of jalapeno style peppers. The one blackberry. One squash and a few banana peppers.

That is all we are getting from four tomato plants, five zucchini/squash plants and 10 pepper plants ... and a wall of blackberry plants.

Still trying to get out in the garden most nights and weed. There are still parts of the garden that have not been weeded for the first time yet this year.
