PICTURE - Now the squirrels have gotten in on the action. Usually they wait until it is almost ripe. This year they got their first cobb before we did.

Picture - Sunflowers. Not a major deal as they are mostly for looks. But something got to a few of them when they were still short.

Picture - The was my celery. It is still growing but it is now almost August and I doubt it will grow fast enough to produce. We hadn't gotten anything from this before it was eaten off. This area is 'double fenced. The deer could jump over but it would be a narrow place to land. No deer tracks, no place where anything has been crawling under. So it must be something that is burrowing under.

Picture - Half chewed tomato. I assume it was the deer.
The deer have been eating off the tomatoes and leaves. The leaves off of the squash and zucchinis. And leaves off the corn and morning glories. Plus about half my onions didn't make it but no proof the heat didn't do them in.
Besides the big bunny now I have seen a little one. I walked right up to it and could have kicked it. Instead I just swooshed my foot over it and it finally ran. Not scared at all.
