Today is Saturday, there is really not likely for dispatch to be putting out work. So we left the hotel earlier and were heading in the direction of home.

The plan was for the first stop to cemetery south of Fort Dodge, but I had miss pegged the cemetery location and there was also another reason that it was not on the top of my list. So once we realized that, we continued on to cemetery two.

The next cemetery, no picture, was North Lawn in Fort Dodge. This location does have an office, but it is only open Monday thru Friday.

We were looking for a flat marker in a cemetery that is almost all flat markers. 15,000 of them. We stopped and walked one place but for less than a half hour.

By then we were mostly done and needed to head home. The only cemetery in route in IA was Rose Hill.

There is no office at the Rose Hill Cemetery, but we were looking for an upright marker.

After driving up and down a couple of the paths, we were able to find it a couple of rows from the car.

From here, we had three plus hours to get home.
